Frequently asked questions.

The questions we hear most often — answered plainly.

How long does it take to build an India team?

With Turnkey, most engagements go from decision to a fully operating team in 6–9 months. If you need people working sooner and aren't ready to incorporate, Managed Team can get a dedicated team on the ground in a matter of weeks.

Do we need to set up a legal entity in India to get started?

No. Managed Team lets you start with a dedicated India team on Vasyst's payroll, with no incorporation required. You can convert to your own entity later if and when it makes sense for your business.

We're not sure India — or a GCC — is even the right move yet. Can you help with that?

That's exactly what Advisory is for. We give you an independent, experienced view on whether India fits your business, before you commit any capital or headcount.

What functions can Vasyst actually help us build?

We're industry-agnostic — we've built India teams across casino gaming, sports analytics, retail technology and enterprise software. Casino gaming is where we go deepest: Game Development, Gaming Systems, iGaming and Lottery platform engineering, personally built and led by our founding team. Outside gaming, we bring the same hands-on operating discipline to whatever function your business needs.

Who will we actually be working with, day to day?

Vasyst is deliberately boutique. You work directly with our founder and a small senior team once the contract is signed.

Can we start small and grow the team over time?

Yes. Setup, Stabilize & Scale is built for exactly that — we start with a focused team, prove it works, and grow it in line with your roadmap, with the option to transfer it fully to you whenever you're ready.

What happens if we want to bring the team fully in-house later?

Both Setup, Stabilize & Scale and Managed Team are designed with that path in mind from day one. Transfers are planned for up front and run with minimal disruption to the team or the work already underway.
