Vasyst exists because most India-entry advisory is run by people who've never actually run the team they're advising you to build. We wanted to be the exception.
Vasyst is a niche India GCC setup and advisory business that helps global businesses build strong technology teams in India — with deepest expertise in casino gaming, interactive entertainment, sports analytics, retail technology and enterprise software.
The founder's path
Girish spent 11 years as the Head of the India GCC at Bally Technologies / Scientific Games, building the India center from its early stages. The team grew to nearly 2,000 people across Game Development, Gaming Systems, iGaming and Lottery platform development. He also served as Managing Director India at Picsart, building a niche technology team of highly experienced engineers working on cutting-edge technology platforms.
Later, he founded Vasyst to bring that same operating discipline to other companies building their own India teams — the same thing he's now done, in one capacity or another, for ten different organizations.

Founder · Engineering & Strategy
20+ years in technology operations, with deep roots in casino gaming. Former Head of India GCC at Bally Technologies / Scientific Games (11 years) and India MD at Picsart. Led teams of up to 2,000 across Game Development, Gaming Systems, iGaming and Lottery.
Program Management
Three decades of experience in Program Management across the technology industry. Prior to Vasyst, Neelesh spent years in large organizations including NTT Data, HP and GE. His experience working across the UK, US and India has helped him understand both the technology and cultural aspects of building teams in India. Neelesh is also a partner in a social enterprise focused on bringing about change in rural India.
Marketing & Program Management
More than a decade of experience in Marketing, Operations and Entrepreneurship. Kanika was Founder & CEO of an F&B business, which she ran profitably for several years before a successful exit.
Operations & Compliance
Leads day-to-day operations and compliance across Vasyst engagements — entity administration, statutory compliance, and the operational scaffolding that keeps a growing India team running smoothly.
